According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest enamel image is 50.63 m (166 ft 1 in) long and 2.61 m (8 ft 6 in) high and was created by Susanne Zemrosser (Austria). It was installed and measured at the Praterstern subway station in Vienna, Austria, on 10 May 2008.
