According to Official Guinness Records,

The most faces shaved in one hour with an electric razor by an individual is 69 and was achieved by L’Oreal Men Expert and Movember Foundation (both Germany) in Berlin, Germany, on 31 October 2018.The faces were shaved by barber Furkan Yakar.
