According to Official Guinness Records,

The most lemons caught blindfolded in 30 seconds (team of two) is 34 and was achieved by Julia Kröll and André Ortolf (both Germany), in Augsburg, Germany, on 1 December 2017. Julia and André practiced a couple of weeks to achieve this record.
