According to Official Guinness Records,

The record for the most lifts in two minutes of a 45 kg weight to a height of 7 m using a rope pulley is 22 by Inaki Berceau Sein (Spain) on the set Lo Show Dei Record, in Milan, Italy, on 25 April 2009.
According to the rules of this sport the height of the pulley was 7 m.
