The farthest behind the back basketball shot is 11.27 m (36 ft 11.7 in) and was achieved by Taylor Nemechek (USA) at St. Mark's Elementary School in Colwich, Kansas, USA, on 15 September 2017.Taylor and his brothers have a You Tube channel called "Gentleman Swag" and they wanted to make a big video and try to break a world record as a personal achievement.
