According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest marathon dressed as a dairy product is 3 hr 09 min 58 sec and was achieved by Joseph D'Amico (USA), dressed as a milkshake, at the LA Marathon in Los Angeles, California, USA, on 17 March 2013.
Joseph ran dressed up as a green McCafe Shamrock Shake, as the race day coincided with St Patrick's Day 2013. He ran to benefit the Ronald McDonald House Charities.
