According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest marathon dressed in a full suit is 2 hr 42 min and 59 sec, achieved by Felix Mayerhöfer (Germany) in Hamburg, Germany, on 23 April 2017. Felix has always wanted to attempt a Guinness World Record since running his first marathon in 2009.
