The fastest time to lay down a mile of pennies is 2 hr 16 min 9 sec and was achieved by the Burnt Hickory Youth Ministry (USA) in Marietta, Georgia, USA, on 2 August 2008
The event raised over 16,000 USD for humanitarian aid for Honduras.
