According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest provisioning of a long-haul fibre optic link is a rate of 26.02 Tb/s per hour, and was achieved by a collaboration between Infinera (USA) and DANTE/GÉANT, at the Vancis data centre, Amsterdam, Netherlands, on 13 August 2013.
