Fastest swim short course 100 metres medley (male)

According to Official Guinness Records,

Vladimir Morozov (Russia) won the short course 100 metres medley in 50.30 seconds at a FINA World Cup Tour event in Berlin, Germany, on 30 August 2016. It was the second time in four days that he had set a fastest time in the event.
