Fastest swim short course 50 metres backstroke (male)

According to Official Guinness Records,

Florent Manaudou (France) swam a time of 22.22 seconds at the World Short-Course Swimming Championships in Doha, Qatar, on 6 December 2014.
This came the day after Manaudou set a new record for fastest swim short course 50 metres freestyle (male), with a time of 20.26 seconds.
It beats a record that has been held by Peter Marshall (USA) since Nov 2009, of 22.61 sec.
