According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest time to duct tape oneself to a wall is 2 minutes 12.63 seconds, and was achieved by Ashrita Furman (USA), at the Sri Chinmoy Centre in New York, New York, USA, on 5 October 2011.
Furman has now held this record a total of 6 times.
