According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest time to throw 10 knives alternatively to both sides of a human target is 4 seconds, and was achieved by Dr. David R. Adamovich (The Great Throwdini, USA) and his target girl Tina Nagy (USA) in New York City, New York, USA, on 10 November 2008.
The record was set in the rehearsal for "The Morning News" in CW11. Only 10 knives were used for the record at a distance of 6 feet to the target.
