According to Official Guinness Records,

The greatest distance travelled with cue balanced on a finger is 32.4 km (20.13 mi) and was achieved by David Rush (USA) at the Boise High School Track in Boise, Idaho, USA, on 4 November 2017. David Rush broke his previous record of 20.8 km (12.924 mi). David made his record-breaking attempt to promote STEM education.
