Highest score in figure skating – long programme (women)

According to Official Guinness Records,

On 20 April 2017, Evegenia Medvedeva (Russia) was awarded a score of 160.46 for her free skating routine at the International Skating Union (ISU) World Team Trophy 2017 at the Yoyogi National Gymnasium in Tokyo, Japan. It was the third time that year that Medvedeva had set a new highest score in the event. She also set a new highest score in the short programme on the same day.
