According to Official Guinness Records,

The highest score on Ms. Pac Man (3 lives) is 36,680 points, and was achieved by Perley Walsh (Canada), on 15 September 2010. Perley P Walsh has a number of impressive scores on classic arcade games such as Paperboy, Galaga and Dig Dug.
