According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest concertina book is 705.39 m² (7,592 ft² 110 in²) and was achieved by Shunguang (China) in Qingdao, Shandong, China, on 16 August 2018.When opened fully, the concertina book measures 979.71 m (3214 ft 3 in) long and 0.72 m (2 ft 4 in) wide. It consists of 1,921 pages.
