According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest display of nativity sets contained 2,150 unique sets and was achieved by Oasis Church (USA) in Pembroke Pines, Florida, USA, on 11 December 2010.
The sets were from personal collections of the church's members, on display for the Christmas season.
