Largest gingerbread man

According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest gingerbread man weighed 651 kg (1,435 lb 3 oz) and was made by IKEA Furuset (Norway) in Oslo, Norway, on 9 November 2009.The ingredients inlude wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oil, fat, water, sirup, natron, cinnamon, ginger and salt. The giant gingerbread man was baked in one piece.
