According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest horn spread - steer (ever) is 320.99 cm (126.375 in) and was achieved by Sato (USA), in Bay City, Texas, USA, on 30 September 2018. Sato is a 9-year-old longhorn steer and is owned by Scott and Pam Evans. Copied from "ever" category, as it wasn't marked as consultant and the applicant applied through that route. Reduced the decimal places to three in the measurement and only two on the record text, as the measurement in imperial units only had three decimal places.
