According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest functioning mobile phone is a scaled up Samsung SCH-r450. It measures 4.57 x 3.42 x .74 m (15 x 11.2 x 2.5 ft), was achieved by Cricket Communications and Samsung Mobile, and was unveiled at an event coordinated by creative agency Neverstop (all USA) in Chicago, Illinois, USA, on 11 March 2009 The private record attempt was adjudicated in Los Angeles, California, USA, on 4 March 2009, in order to present the event organizers with the record certificate at a public presentation in Chicago, Illinois, USA on 11 March 2009. The phone's screen consisted of an LED display that measured 1.72 x 1.39 m (5.8 x 4.7 ft) and which, according to the event organisers, weighed approximately 158.76 kg (350 lb).
