Largest serving of chiles en nogada

According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest serving of chiles en nogada weighed 360 kg (793 lb), consisted of over 10,000 individual chiles, and was made by Eurest proper meals de Mexico SA de CV (Mexico) in Puebla, Mexico on 9 September 2010.
The ingredients included: 230 Kg (507 lb) of ground pork meat, 230 kg (507 lb) of ground beef meat, 402 kg (887 lb) of eggs, 460 litres (121 gal) of milk, 115 kg (253 lb) of cheese and other ingredients.
