According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest simultaneous car tyre burnout involved 119 cars in an event organised by National Motor Festival (Saudi Arabia), in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on 23 September 2017.There were thousands of people in the audience watching the record attempt.
