According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest solid 3D printed item measures 2.33 m³ (82.4 ft³) and was achieved by Oak Ridge National Laboratory & The Boeing Company (both USA) in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, USA, on 29 August 2016The item is a trim tool designed for use during the manufacture of the Boeing 777x airplane wing, and took 30 hours to print.
