According to Official Guinness Records,

The longest speedball marathon is 40 hr 1 min, and was achieved by Frank Duncan (USA) at the Mid-Hudson Athletic Club in Kingston, New York, USA, from 13-15 January 2017.Frank broke this record because he wanted to see how far his passion could take him.
