According to Official Guinness Records,

The longest suspended scaffold is 4,584 m (15,040 ft), achieved by Safespan (USA) in Kearny, New Jersey, USA, on 8 November 2017.The scaffold was built under the Pulaski Skyway Bridge, as part of a rehabilitation project, to provide construction laborers a solid floor to safely work.
