The longest time in an abdominal plank position with a 200-lb pack is 4 min 2 sec and was achieved by Silehm Boussehaba (France) in Bourgogne, France, on 17 March 2018.Silehm was a dedicated break-dancer, but had to stop due to a back injury. He then started exercising more to overcome the injury and wanted to achieve this record to push himself that much further.
