According to Official Guinness Records,
The longest time treading water while balancing a football on the head is 15 min 12 sec and was achieved by Jhoen Lefont Rodriguez (Cuba) in Havana, Cuba, on 22 February 2018. Jhoen also holds the record for the Most consecutive football touches with the head whilst treading water with a total of 1,513 touches. FIFA referees were present to verify the record.
