According to Official Guinness Records,

The most behind-the-backboard basketball shots made in one minute is 22 and was achieved by Ben Antony (USA) in Wisconsin, USA, on 18 November 2012. The record was equalled by Li Heng (China) who also achieved 22 behind-the-backboard basketball shots in one minute on the set of a CCTV Guinness World Records Special, in Beijing, China, on 9 December 2012.
