The most Bhut Jolokia chilli peppers eaten in two minutes is 146.27 grams (5.15 oz), achieved by Giancarlo Gasparotto (Italy), in Tarquinia, Italy, on 04 February 2018.This record was attempted during the ArgenPic chilli pepper festival.
