The most billiard balls held in one hand is 15, achieved by Silvio Sabba (Italy) in Milan, Italy, on 2 October 2017. This was equalled by Rocco Mercurio (Italy) in Villa San Giovanni, Reggio Calabria, Italy, on 7 July 2018.Silvio Sabba and Rocco Mercurio are both Italian serial record breakers.
