According to Official Guinness Records,

The most blow torches extinguished with the tongue in one minute is 81, and was achieved by Ashrita Furman (USA) in Jamaica, New York, USA, on 1 July 2016. Ashrita alternated between two hand-held Bernzomatic torches to extinguish 81 flames on his tongue over the course of one minute.
