According to Official Guinness Records,

The most consecutive bottle bumps on the forearm (cocktail flairing) is 39 and was achieved by Maciej Szymanski (Poland) at the Warsaw Flair Challenge 2011, in Warsaw, Poland, on 4 March 2011.
The record was organised by Flair Factory (Poland).
