According to Official Guinness Records,

The most consecutive ice hockey passes is 108 and was achieved by NIVEA MEN Ambassador Evgeniy Malkin and Junior Hockey players (Russian Federation) at the Ice Palace, Park of Legends, Moscow, Russian Federation on 21 August 2018.The participants achieved the record on their first attempt. The 108th pass was made to the Russian Ice Hockey star - Evgeniy Malkin - who then hit the puck into an open goal.
