According to Official Guinness Records,

The most followers on Weibo™ for a variety show is 10,436,593 followers and was achieved by Happy Camp (China) as of 25 April 2017.Happy Camp is a Chinese variety show produced by Hunan Broadcasting System. The series debuted on 7 July 1997, and has remained in production since then due to its popularity.
