According to Official Guinness Records,

The most garland exchanges by a team of two in one minute is 52 and was achieved by André Ortolf and Patrick Rogosch (both Germany) in Augsburg, Germany, on 30 November 2017. For this record attempt, each of the participants must have their own garland, and the two garlands must then be exchanged between the two participants continuously.
