According to Official Guinness Records,
The most pancakes thrown and caught in one minute by a team of two is 46 and was achieved by Ashrita Furman and Bipin Larkin (both USA) in Jamaica, New York, USA, on 26 September 2009.
Mr Larkin placed each pancake in a frying pan and threw the pancakes and Mr Furman caught 46 of them in a frying pan and place them in a pot without breaking them within one minute.
