According to Official Guinness Records,

The most paper aircraft thrown into watermelons in one minute is 13 and was achieved by Nong Junning (China) in Nanning, Guangxi, China on 11 July 2018.Nong Junning prepared over 50 paper aircraft and 15 watermelons for the attempt. It takes him about 5 minutes to make each paper aircraft.
