According to Official Guinness Records,

The most peas eaten using a cocktail stick in 30 seconds is 49, and was achieved by David Rush (USA), at Boise State University in Boise, Idaho, USA, on 15 May 2018. David made his record-breaking attempt to promote STEM education at the SheTech Explorer Day event for high school girls.
