According to Official Guinness Records,

The most people performing a headstand is 2,945, and was achieved at an event organised by Gyanjyot Vidyalaya, Maulik Ashwin Sudani, Hari Krishna Exports Pvt. Ltd and Euro India Fresh Foods Limited (all India) in Gujarat, India, on 3 December, 2017.All participants held the pose for a minimum of 15 seconds in order to set this record.
