According to Official Guinness Records,

The most people unboxing simultaneously is 460, achieved by Nubank (Brazil), at Centro de Convenções Rebouças, in São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil, on 16 October 2018.All the participants received a card with their name, making the experience totally personalized and organized. The unboxing was done with an envelope, which contained a Nubank bank card and a card holder, and the experience was to remove everything and put the card in it.
