Most powerful hybrid rocket

According to Official Guinness Records,

The concept of hybrid rockets has been around for more than 60 years. They use solid fuel and a liquid oxidiser. Conventional chemical rockets use either solid or liquid fuel. Normal solid rockets burn their fuel in a manner similar to a firework, but are unable to be extinguished once ingited. Hybrid rockets can be throttled and extinguished while in use. The most powerful built and tested to date is the 250,000lb (113,400kg) hybrid rocket which underwent its fourth test on 17 January 2002, for 27 seconds, at the NASA's Stennis Space Center, Mississippi, USA.
