The most push ups using back of hands, carrying 60 lb pack in one minute is 45 and was achieved by Douglas McClouds (USA) at Gorillaz Fitness in Forest Hill, Maryland, USA, on 13 November 2017.Douglas, a personal trainer, says it took years of training and preparation to break this record. His hard work has paid off and he has fulfilled his lifelong dream of becoming a Guinness World Record holder.
