According to Official Guinness Records,

The most rotations of a hula hoop by three people in one minute is 50 and was achieved by Paul Blair (USA), Pan Bo and Ding Hemei (both China), on the set of a CCTV Guinness World Records special, in Beijing, China, on 8 September 2013.
