According to Official Guinness Records,

The most signatures on a piece of theatre memorabilia is 600, achieved at an event organised by Model Academy, Jammu and Vickrant Mahajan (both India) in Jammu and Kashmir, India, on 4 May 2017.The memorabilia was a shirt worn by Vickrant in a previous performance.
