According to Official Guinness Records,

The most skips with an iron chain in a sitting position in 30 seconds is 104 and was achieved by Ningbo Liu (China) on the set of Zheng Da Zong Yi - Guinness World Records Special in Beijing, China, on 1 November 2007.
