According to Official Guinness Records,

The most steps climbed backwards on a ladder while controlling a football with the feet is 75 and was achieved by Iya Traore (Guinea) in Beijing, China, on 20 July 2011. A fire brigade ladder was used for this record attempt, with an inclination of 55 degrees. The ladder was 25 m long and its final point was 21.5 m from the ground.
