According to Official Guinness Records,

The most twins in the same academic year at one school is 44 pairs, achieved by students at New Trier High School, in Winnetka, Illinois, USA, as verified on 18 May 2017.Approximately half of these twins hold the current record from when they enrolled at Highcrest Middle School. These sets of twins are currently enrolled in the same class of 2020 at New Trier High School.
