According to Official Guinness Records,

The most watermelons smashed with a punch in one minute is 76, and was achieved by Ronald Sarchian (USA) at the California Watermelon Festival, Lakeview Terrace, California, USA, on 29 July 2017. Ron made his record-breaking attempt to benefit the Los Angeles chapter of the Make A Wish Foundation.
