Most wins consecutively in an NHL ice hockey season start

According to Official Guinness Records,

Equaling the best start the National Hockey League (NHL) has ever seen, the Buffalo Sabres (USA) matched the league record for most consecutive victories to start a season with 10 wins from 4-26 October 2006. The only other team to jump out 10-0 was the Toronto Maple Leafs (Canada) in 1993.
